Job Description - Define, implement, and govern the Quality Governance Model to assess delivery health, risk, and execution across project lifecycles
- Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance Framework covering SDLC, testing strategies, and release management
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, security, and organizational quality standards
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting to track performance and trends
- Lead quality planning, test strategies, release planning, and deployment readiness
- Partner with Product Owners and IT stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and support sprint delivery commitments
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing QA processes and introducing best practices
- Oversee vendor quality performance, including strategy alignment, quotations, and implementation execution
- Manage complex testing initiatives, including cloud migration and multi-system integrations
- Coach and mentor QA team members, promoting accountability and professional growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, mitigate, and resolve quality risks
- Communicate risks, delays, and mitigation plans clearly to stakeholders and management
- Support smooth implementation from development through production within defined governance processes
The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including web and mobile application testing
- Strong knowledge of QA governance models, SDLC, and enterprise QA processes
- Proven experience in test planning and execution for complex systems
- Hands-on exposure to Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, ADF, Databricks) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working across Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to design comprehensive testing procedures and produce detailed reports
- High attention to detail with the ability to deliver under tight timelines
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience defining and enforcing QA standards for cloud-based solutions
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese Chinese
