Job Title: Vice President / Director - Leveraged Finance
Location: Korea
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the origination and execution of leveraged finance transactions.
- Manage relationships with private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and credit assessments.
- Structure and negotiate financing solutions tailored to client needs.
- Oversee deal teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance with financial covenants.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in leveraged finance or investment banking.
- Strong understanding of LBO structures and capital markets.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
