Senior Vice President, OTC Team

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations for all Corporate Actions across Bonds, Funds and OTC Structured Products:

1. ⁠Monitor daily announcements from ICSDs and other data source providers.
2. ⁠Manage for distribution of Corporate Action notification to clients.
3. ⁠Create and maintain Corporate Action templates.
4. Managing in coupon payments, redemptions, tender offers and other corporate events processing in both ICSDs and internal systems.
5. ⁠Managing in coupon claims with counterparties related to Structured Products transactions.
6. Managing in client Corporate Action instructions processing to ICSDs and monitor status.
7. Follow up on outstanding instructions.
8. Managing in stock and cash positions reconciliation with respect to Corporate Actions.
9. Assisting in the creation and updating of procedures, and ensuring adherence to policies and standards.
10. Address inquiries from clients and Account Managers.
11. Address and resolve complex issues encountered during corporate action processing.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years experience in processing Corporate Actions in Bonds/Mutual Fund/OTC products operations.
3. Proficiency in relevant software and systems used in the industry.
4. Hands on experience in various ICSDs and experience in IHS Markit operations.
5. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
8. ⁠Excellent project management skills.
9. Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
10. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Vice President.
