Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end support for training operations, ensuring smooth and effective delivery of learning activities.
  • Coordinate, administer, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) as a one-stop platform for training administration and learner support.
  • Prepare training-related documentation, including memorandums, schedules, course materials, and operational records.
  • Compile and analyze training and management reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Collect and manage data for resource planning and budget monitoring.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution.
  • Maintain regular communication with training agencies regarding training operations, LMS usage, and training centre coordination.
  • Collaborate with counterparts from other departments on training operations and project-related matters.
  • Participate in department and section meetings to report progress, key issues, and action items.
  • Communicate with external vendors on procurement of venues, office supplies, equipment, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with vendors on room setup, cleaning, and equipment maintenance.
Requirements:
  • University or college graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with eLearning development tools (e.g. iSpring, Adobe Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when required.
