Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for business development and portfolio management of fixed-income products.
2. Manage various fixed-income investment portfolios, construct and review portfolios based on in-depth macroeconomic and bond research, and adjust/optimize portfolios in response to market changes and research insights.
3. Collaborate closely with the research team, assist in covering overseas bond market research, continuously improve the internal investment and research framework, and facilitate the effective translation of research outputs into investment actions.
4. Support the investment and research department as required by business needs.

Job Requirements

1. Masters degree or higher educational background.
2. Over 8 years of relevant investment and research experience, including at least 3 years of experience in fixed-income portfolio management.
3. In-depth understanding of overseas investment and global bond markets.
4. Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with English as a working language.
