Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality client service and support to Financial Instiutions
  • Conduct thorough KYC/CDD for new and existing clients
  • Assist in the onboarding and maintenance of client accounts, ensuring seamless client experiences
  • Collaborate with various teams within the Institutional Banking Group to address client needs and queries
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric initiatives and process improvements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
  • Proactively identify and address client concerns, escalating issues as necessary
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in KYC related areas
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide solutions
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) and its unique requirements
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively
