Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients within the Institutional Banking Group
  • Understand the client's business needs and provide tailored financial solutions to support their growth and expansion
  • Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the bank's product and service offerings
  • Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
  • Actively monitor the client's financial performance and provide timely advice to address any concerns or challenges
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the bank's SME banking strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong understanding of the SME banking landscape and the financial needs of small and medium-sized businesses
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficient in data analysis and financial modeling to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets
