Cheapest internet for village house in Tai Po

Looking for internet/broadband for village house so can use security system and see who's coming and going when we travel. Would be great if could also stream Netflix. I never had to set it up before so if someone would please explain what equipment - router? or device to use through two levels of house - do I need to buy and which provider and plan would be sufficient. I would be very grateful for any input!
