Construction Noise - during quarantine!!

Not sure about most, but having construction going daily for good 8-10 hrs a day is putting serious mental strain and people on edge, especially when we're told to social distance and work from home. This is borderline torture to make someone stay at home while constant drilling is happening right above.. need to be exception rules during this time when most people are expected to be at home.
