CYCLING TRACK FINE FOR BEING A FOOT OVER THE LINE

Anyone experience this? Basically stopped just a foot after the cycling lane, which continues after the small road anyway. 5 useless pigs were hiding around the corner waiting to catch people. Apparently, I now have to wait for a summons letter...

I took a video of people doing 'much worse' (continuing to ride across the road just a few minutes later on the route), which just shows how pointless this is.

Does anyone know what happens next and able to provide some useful advice?
