Anyone know of any doggie daycare options in HK? Just for playing during the day, with walks or exercise (not locked in a cage all day), and not overnight. I only know of Dogotel which has a membership purchase requirement of $2500! Any other options anywhere in HK?

Dogz central are really good - i have been taking both my dogs there 2 times per week for 3 weeks and it is on HK60 per day (so 7-7) and they only charge about another 100 for a walk - i think HK600 is very cheeky !

I'm guessing high scope means cash rich, time poor - also known as more money than sense. Unfortunately for cherrie lord, those type of people are far too busy to login to this forum! They usually rely on word of mouth recommendations from those they trust.
Dogz central is a great concept, and the people running it seem lovely too. Hope they do very well.

I would not let anybody other than me take my dog to stanly bay or the peak. let alone a local person (no offence to the locals).
its a security thing, anything can happen especialy in those area's.
you would not let a stranger take you child out of the districted, o wait.. they let there kids go with the help.

My, my djswazi - you are a little paranoid bunny. I am in no way associated with Dogzcentral - I simply send my dog there for a couple of days a week so he gets to socialise with other dogs. Thought since this is a forum, I would share my recommendation to other dog owners. Trying to shar the love and all that... And I can assure you, none of them are my employees or staff nor the same person, because yes, I, wholetthedogzout,happens to be the only person running the show here in out small establishment.
It's simply an idea I came up with seeing my miserably bored dog, watching me come and go everyday while she's cooped up at home all alone and I didn't have it in my heart to get a second dog. (Can't be in love with 2 dogs.. my problem)
Yes, I agree a dog needs daily walks so it's best you bring your dog down to Dogz Central , (that's a brisk 15-20mins walk and going home is another 15-20mins walk depending where you live) but really it's where dogs come and socialize, learn from other dogs and just be dogs!
Hong Kong is such a busy city and dog owners don't have the room and time to cater to all our loving dog's demands so Dogz Central tries to lift that burden off your shoulders just a little.
