Daily dog walker needed in Wanchai

We have an adorable 3 month old border collie puppy that will need daily feed and short walks around lunchtime while we are at work, and then longer morning or evening walks once he gets a bit bigger and is fully vaccinated. He walks well on a leash and has his little routine down pat.
