What does a real good dog walker need?

Just want to know... At this current situation, there are a lot of families who have helpers to walk the family dogs.

Some of them (maids) just sit there and talk on the phone.

Will you guys use a dog walker / a maid?

I guess your maid needs to know that you want the dog walked properly and she can have time to talk on phone when that is done. We don't have this issue as we make it clear to maid and she has "her" time and is free to do what she wants once her work is done. Just doesn't make sense if you have a DH to still hire a walker.
