I have bischon and she has skin problem. I tried 4 vet over 3 years and they do not help much. Appreciate if one can suggest skin expert on Kowloon side. Thanks in advance.

The one my 14 years old girl go to is called Peace Avenue Veterinary Clinic PAVC, their vet seems professional, and they provide a lot of services and are well equipped. however, they are not those who talks to you like a friend, or remember your name kind, i guess they are too large scale for that.
