2 BIG dogs

Hello

We (me, my partner, 7 month girl and 2 big dogs) are contemplating moving to HK, but the sticking point is the 2 dogs (Great Danes 70kg each). We are keen to move but don’t want to be viewed as freaks with the two big dogs. The 2 questions I have are: -

1 - Are such big dogs seen in public or would everyone run away screaming for their lives?

2 - Would it be a problem finding accommodation less than HK$20K a month (I have been told it would be probably best for a ground floor village house)?

Any advice is much appreciated

Thanks guys, that's good to know!

We didn't really want to have to get a car but if we have to, then so be it. Would the Gold Coast be suitable?

As far as I know the Gold Coast didn't/doesn't allow pets. But it may have changed. We used to live there, 7 years ago, and although the lease agreement said NO PETS, we "smuggled" our cats in. I would check and see if they now allow pets. Good vet over close to GC
