it would be easy to just go to a shelter and adopt a dog but would prefer to adopt a dog through the dog owner. prefer small to medium size dogs below 2 years old. thanks

My friend's neighbor has 2 puppies. The owner doesn't want them anymore , so he doesn't feed them and always hit them by steel rod. Would you please foster or adopt them? if you only want one, it's ok. as long as they can escape the hell asap!!! Many thanks!!!Do appreciated!!!! Tel: 9257 0605

Jennyyan: that's terrible! please report to the SPCA if nothing else. People who treat animals like this are sick in the head, but the poor puppies need saving.
