My dog was diagnosed by SPCA today in need ofsurgery.I am not so sure if I should just go ahead and have his surgery in SPCA, I would very much like to have a second opinion and a vet that I can trustCan someone here refer a vet thatis specialise in this surgery or someone who has their petsgone through the same surgery and can give me some advise.
