What is our choice when we encounter injustice at school? Speak up or walk away?
I wonder how many parents are willing to stand up and fight for their kids?
Should we worry for future hidden consequence when we complain to school?

Hard to give you any advice without knowing what the "injustice" was, and how old are your kids....
I think any school who is with professional standards... would have someone you can go to and confide in. Do you have a guidance counselor there at your school? Or do you have a teacher that you can trust to ask advice for?
I know how awful this must feel. I stand up for my kids to fight if I think it's a "BIG" problem that they cannot possibly handle on their own. Otherwise, I try to discuss with my kids what happened, and we talk about what they can try to do at school or say at school to make it better.
