Just wondering if anyone knows how international/independent/ESF schools are regulated/reviewed by external bodies.
Local schools are subjected to reviews every 4 years - ESR. Everything in the school is audited. Are schools, particularly, international/ESF schools regulated in such a way?

Hi,
ESF schools are in the process of changing curriculum from UK curriculum to the IB Primary Years Program. Therefore, they will all have to be PYP accredited which involves a review by the PYP organisation. In addition ESF have education advisers which go into each school and conduct reviews on a regular basis. Finally ESF are in the process of gaining CIS accreditation which is an international accrediting body. I hope this helps.
