Part Time Education Required

Hi

I have spent hours trawling the internet but in vain...

I am trying to find a part time course that teaches my Filipino Girl friend English. She has a basic knowledge of both verbal and written english but would like to study up to buisness level so she can take further education.

there are of course two issues here.

1)finding a school/college that will take an adult student (24)either full or part time

2)Securing a student Visa either via the school or private


Any advice (helpfull please)
