There are no baby swings at the Lower Baguio Villa playground. The Park N Shop is good for basics only, but there is free parking regardless of amound of purchase. There is a very nice & clean public playground with baby swings on Pokfulam Road at the junction of Mt. Davis Road. There is Octopus meter parking behind the playground. There are small biting flies that you can't see, so make sure to bring insect repellent.

The Super Wellcome at the Westwood (Belcher's) is the best grocery store in the area, though their selection of herbs is hit or miss. We still rely on City Super for a regular supply of Thyme, Italian Parsley and Oregano. I think it's $200 for 1 hour free validated parking.

The Scenic Villas Wellcome is very small and has limited parking. There is no minimum for 1 hour free parking.

There's a pretty good but very Chinese Park N Shop at Chi Fu. There's also a wet market there. I don't think Park N Shop does free parking. Not sure about that though.

There's a very Chinese Wellcome at Wah Fu. No free parking, but it's only $11/hr. The wet market there is not very organized.

There are two other good sized Park N Shops in Kennedy Town, both very local, I believe neither has free parking. The one on Belcher's Street does have a parking lot underneath, but I don't know if they do validation for it. The other one is near the Smith Street Wet Market and doesn't have a parking lot. The Smith Street wet market is pretty good.

Hope that helps.
