I would like some advise on which are the best kindergarten in Hong Kong?
How is Delia Kindergarten in Mei Foo, does it meet the international standard?
I am planning to move back to the States, anybody has any experience in kindergartens in California plus any of them teach foreign language like cantonese, french?
