CDNIS reception interview

Hi, we are applying at the CDNIS for reception class starting next year. Apparently kids have to be interviewed. We are new to HK but we were already told that interviews can be quite tough. We are from Europe where generally kids are encouraged to play so we are not the kinds of parents who push kids to study especially not at age 3 (unlike some people in HK - at least that is what we hear). We have no idea what goes on during these interviews so I would greatly appreciate if somebody could provide us some information or share their experiences as to what to expect. Thanks for your help.

Hi. My friend has children there. She said the interview was no big deal. My kids go to anther international school in Hong Kong. They interviewed my child and just wanted to make sure he didn't have any major learning or behavioural issues. I know lots of kids at CDNIS. They do like the little ones to know their letters. I'm from the states and we start late too. If you give me your email address, I can get friends to write to you about it.
