I am a guy from the UK, been living here many years and teaching in local schools mainly through agency work.
Many parents suggest that I operate my own tutorial centre/learning centre.
There are many factors involved in this. Does anyone have experience or suggestions or interest in such a venture?

Cara's right- I also looked into it, esp. after working in a cowboy outfit for a year & thinking "Surely I can do better" - I was running the place anyway! We built up a good reputation & the owner siphoned off the money - anyway in the end I think it was the flexibility of "freelancing" that kept me going - when I want to take a trip, I tell the students next week's cancelled, et voila! Of course that's the theory, just wish I could afford to do it! No work, no pay- a salary would be nice sometimes...
