we are coming to hong kong for a year,in december 2011.At that time my child will be just 11 and i am looking for a place in what in the U.K would be Year 6-the last year of primary school.I understand that schools are pretty full but in most countries there are more vacancies in year 6 than lower in the school. Is it the same in hong Kong? I am looking for an international school following the British curriculum, if possible.Any ideas of where to start

Please note that in case of ESF schools, they go by birth year, and 2000 born children will enter Y7 in August. Y7 spots are very hard to get. Of course other schools that follow various curricula with different cut off dates.
