My girl is 8 years old. I am interested in montessori int'l school. But it does not follow british,ib,american curriculum,so when she goes to other 2ndary school after finishing montessori primary school, can she still follow in 2ndary school? And, they integrated 1-3 grades and 4-6 grades in one class. For lower grades,it sounds okay..but for higher part, students won't be much as they need to seek other primary schools to continue 2ndary school, then, 5-6 grade students will have more younger students to study with. Is this still okay?

i have kids at IMS and i would say that you should not start an 8y old at IMS if that kid hasnt been fully in a montessori environment before

I agree that it's late to start Montessori at 8. However, IMS will be adding secondary classes soon at their new site in Stanley.
