Does anyone know of a good mandarin tutor for a 3 year old? Our son has just started lessons in kindergarten but needs some extra help.

hi David,

There is an established Mandarin centre near us in CWB. I believe they cater to a lot of the international schools.

I got their web from a flyer www.mslcenters.com.

hope this helps,

Julian

We have a Mandarin tutor that in a local HK gal that currently lives in France. My daughter does lessons with her via Skype. Quite convenient considering she doesnt need to leave the house. The price is very competetive. It may not be ideal for a 3 y/o, but she offers a free evaluation to see if it's a good fit. PM me if you would like her details.

I wouldnt just get a tutor, get a real teacher. Either you get a professional who knows what he/she is doing or you just get a mainland nanny to look after him and after a while he will start speaking Mandarin as well. Some non qualified tutor is a waste of money really.
