Touch or blind typing should be part of a primary school curriculum, some say.
It's much more practical than learning about e.g. dinosaurs and can be fun if taught properly.
I learned blind typing when I was 8 years or so and often brag about being the fastest typing person in Hong Kong :).
I've talked to the management at my daughter's school (with over 1300 students) offering such touch or blind typing course after school hours. Computer equipment is available, capacity per class around 30 persons.
They have invited me to come with a proposal.
I am looking for an experienced (!) teacher being able to offer such a course at my daughters school several times a week, for kids aged 6 up to.. well.. no limit (parents might be invited to join too).
Please send me a PM for details.
Cheers
