Native English Tutor/Mandarin Language Exchange for 3.5 Yrs girl

I am Beijing born Mandarin Tutor and I have 10 years experience on teaching Mandarin.

Now I am looking for an English speaking Environment for my 3.5 yrs old girl and native English tutor preferred.

If you are native English speaker and you are finding some activities for your kid, free Mandarin / English exchange playgroup is also welcome that we can have 1 hr English (by you) and 1 hr Mandarin (by me) gathering. So we don't need to pay to each other but share fun:)

I'm Jennifer, am 24 and currently working in the banking industry. Not sure if I would be a good fit as your daughter's English tutor but let me give you a bit of intro first. I was a journalism major, and have been giving private tutorials to kids of all ages, mainly on subjects such as English, Chinese, Math and Computer. I used to give tutorials to kids aged 3-5, teaching them english in form of story telling and chitchatting, as kids at those ages can't concentrate much on textbooks so I used interactive teaching methods to get their attention.

Even though I am not a native English speaker, I have been using the language as major learning medium since I was 3 and I regard myself as a fluent english speaker, with a mix of american and british accent (cos in hkg school uses british english, yet all the movies and tv dramas i watched were from US, so i developed a mix of both...).

I don't have an expacted salary in mind, and could take whatever you offer. Alternatively, you can just treat me as a friend who is willing to help out your little girl, see if we could just try to work things out and find the best time and place to meet up or so.
