Hello, my husband and I are interested in taking private Mandarin lessons. We have different proficiency levels: He is a native English speaker but has previously taken Mandarin courses at beginner level. I am also a native speaker but with Chinese roots and have fluency in everyday conversation.

I’m also a Chinese learner and I have been a student of echineselearning for about 5 years. I do three lessons a week and I’m at the upper intermediate level now. I think it’s a very professionally-run operation and they use good materials. The teachers are very professional and high standard. I love teaching Mandarin and I am patient. You will know how to greet people in the first lesson and you won’t get lost in learning this difficult language. As I am experienced in teaching expats and know well their difficulties, you won’t feel nervous in pronouncing your first Mandarin sentence.
