Adult English Lessons for complete beginner

Hello,

I am searching for Adult English language classes\Tutor for a complete beginner for my wife (from China and speaks Cantonese and Mandarin) - so would need proper English foundations for speaking and writing.

We will relocate to Canada in the next 8yrs so would need a good grounding over a longer term course.

Please PM me for any recommendations or experience, advice would be appreciated.
