I am looking for a kind and energetic Mandarin native-speaking nanny for my two children (2 & 4 years old). Ideally, her accent needs to be pretty good with past experience with taking care of young children. The aim is to build up my children's speaking and listening skills so they can converse in mandarin fluently.

I hope you already found the right tutor, if not, I would like to recommend eChineseLearning which offers 1to1 online Mandarin tuition, and I think it really works for me. Maybe you can try this.
