Getting my kid a phone

Where I understand that most parents in Hong Kong let their kids play on some sort of electronic device since it is much easier to get them adapted to technology at an early age. Anyone know a good place to get good secondhand phones for kids?

I have came across some websites that sell them back when I was in Canada but in HK most people seem to opt for going to shops that look a bit shabby. I want to buy from someone more reputable, any suggestions?
