Hi
I consider this 'Pokfulam Cresent Playgroup'
Informal - Free - Fun - Casual
Mandarin, Cantonese, English, all languages!
Not really a strucuted playgroup, just a set time every day to meet on the playground with babies.
84-89 Pokfulam Road, before Queen Mary Hospital, if coming from Central. There is a small playground and basketball courts that services these residential buildings.
We live at 86, and would like to start a very informal playgroup - basically a time for parents/helpers and babies to meet up in the playground. I think it will benefit all parties involved!
Do you have a 0-3 year old?
We have an 8 month old.
Both parents work, so it will mostly be our helper, but we will try to come when we can.
Our helper will start to bring him to the playground at these times:
Monday - Friday
11:00 - 12:00
3:00 - 4:00
Of course, only when the weather is nice, and when he is agreeable. The idea basically is for some of the area babies to meet on a very casual basis.
Let me know if you are interested?

Wow! Yeah!
How old is your baby?
Email me at PokfulamPlaygroup@gmail.com and maybe we can arrange to get together on a Saturday (parents and babies)?
Our maid is about to leave on a 3 week home leave trip, so we have 'substitute' maids for that time. We might ask them to take baby down, but it will be more regular when our maid is back.

totoy and abba - are you the same person? Or do we have a total of three babies interested?
This is great!
Send me an email at pokfulamplaygrou@gmail.com if you want to discuss details.

We changed the times a bit, mostly going around 4-5 every day.
There have been other 'regulars' there too.

Just to say, this is going pretty well. There are the same babies many days of the week.
Our helper is taking our 11 month old every day around 4:00/4:30 - 5:30. Sometimes also at 12:00 - 1:00 - weather dependent of course.

Just have to say, I have no idea if anyone actually comes because of this post- but 3:30 - 5:00 every day there is a great mix of kids, parents and helpers and our son loves it.
There are fewer at 12-1, but it is still nice in the good weatehr.
My question is - before the rainy season starts - do any of you want to do a small playgroup at our flats and rotate the days? I am worried that when it starts to rain our 1 year old will be bored being inside!
