if anyone willing to learn quran or children, its very easy in hong kong as Islamic association running mosque and Madaras all around hong kong where teachers are hired to teach guran to children ,this can be free of cost if anyone not able to pay or there is HK$100 per month, every day 3-4 hours in afternoon till evening
