I have just moved here and have an 8 mth old baby. Are there any playgroups set up here formally or informally as I really want her to interact with other kids? Can anyone recommend a place?

I have a 18 months baby and a girl age 6, I'm please to open my place for parents to bring their kids over and play. I live a little bit far from the city where I enjoy being away and near the nature. My place is big and people can do gardening. The place is Kam Tin. I wish someone would be interested to come and visit us. Thanks.

I have 6 month old twins who I'd like to start socializing on a more regular basis. We're also new and located on the south side. Quite willing to host something informal. PM me if you're interested.

Once your babies are well on the move you might like to join HKPPA, I love the one held at Borrett Road in Mid Levels.

what is that and do they have a website? My baby is crawling.......it would be nice to organise an informal playgroup in PFL and I don't mind opening my place up either unless there is already one in the area??? We have a play area and it's great for kids......if anyone is interested let me know!

Loulu, I'd be interested in an informal playgroup for babies under 1 (from my experience with my 2.5 yr old, once they're on the move, it's a little wild). I'm not far from PFL either. FYI here's HKPPA's website addy: Read More I'll PM you.

Hi again Loulu... I will be back in HK end Oct still keen to catch up should you have organised soemthing in the mean time...? I hope to get to Borrett rd today ...to the open play session 2 - 5pm. Went last week and the bubs love it, although I was the only mum there. That said there are parent and bub/ toddler grps as well.

Hi there! sent you an email -d di u get it? The Borrett Rd group sounds good - might try and make it next week although I usally take her to another class on weds which ends at 1pm so might not be a good day.....there are a couple of 11mth olds in Scenic Villas where I live and we have a playground so we could try and aim for one here....we don't want too many as it might get a bit crazy (!) so those interested please email me on yuandlou@yuandlou.com.
