Would anyone know where I can find this?

I have no diploma in arts.

Hi anna, sorry I only found out your message just now. Here is a link from Chinese University of Hong Kong. They run many art classes, please check it out. I am not sure if you speak the local language here because these classes are mostly in Cantonese.

However, The Hong Kong Art School runs quite a few classes in English.
