Hi,
as I am the only person to really speak to my nearly 2.5y old daughter in German, I would love to expose her to other German speakers too. This could be in the form of play dates by either visiting each other, or meeting in a public place (which might be best for getting to know each other for a while) like for example the playground at Elements (ICC) near Kowloon MTR station (as we live on Kowloon side).
As she is learning English too, this is not limited to German speakers, we would be very happy to meet with English speaking kids in her age group as well.
