I want to become a wedding planner and I am very interested in wedding decoration, including table setting and venue decor, as well as making flower bouquet, does anyone know where I can enroll in an english speaking course?

There are actually a few flower schools in hk, but most of them are not taught in english.
If you are interested in making flower bouquet and flower arrangement, i know there's a japanese tutor who used to work in london, she teaches private/semi private workshops in hong kong this July and August. You can check out this website http://www.blue-lilac.com/

I checked a few flower schools and they seemed quite expensive.... although they accept tution fee in 2 installments.
