Mandarin courses for twelve year old

My daughter has been studying Mandarin during her primary school years and can read and write limited amounts as well.

She is off to boarding school in Australia in one months time and she is keen to use this month before her departure to take any courses that may help her to continue to develop the language.

Naturally her time can be flexible as she is not at school at the moment so any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
