Hi there,
My friend and I are looking for a private dance teacher as we like to learn the basic dance technics. we joined quite a few group dances before however found that since we do not have the basic dance technics (3 pt turn, jump and turn etc ) we are just hopping around in the group class instead of really dancing.
Both of us speak and understand perfectly english and chinese. Both chinese and western teacher welcome .

I am a professional dancer/dance teacher working in Hong Kong. I teach group classes and private classes in Jazz, Hip Hop and Contemporary. I teach privates mostly in Central area and of course other parts of the city as well. I assume the basic dance techniques you and your friend are looking for are more of Jazz techniques, right? My name is Caley Kaiman and I am 24 years of age. I have been dancing professionally for 20 years in all genres such as tap, jazz, ballet, musical theatre, song & dance, hip hop and lyrical. I teach children right from 2.5 years to adult in all genres and love every minute of it. I did my exams with the BATD when I was seven was a competitive dancer for many years in the United States and Canada. I also went to college and studied Early Childhood Education and now am completing my exams in Dance Masters of America TTS in Buffalo New York this year.
