Need Friends for 4.8yr old and his mummy!

As a single mum to a special needs little boy I'm finding it really hard to meet friends.


Got divorced 1yr ago and I'm beginning to think it's about time I widened my social circle (hardly know anyone here in HK apart from work collegues). Not just for my sake but also for my little boy who is on the autistic spectrum. He is a lovely little boy who has good interest in his peers but lack the skills, confidence and language skills to make/play with friends (same could probably be said for myself LOL)


We live in Sai Kung and would love to hear from anyone who has children around the same age (especially those who don't stop talking and are extremely active and socialable!) who would like to meet up on the weekends. I speak both English and Cantonese but my little boy only speaks English. We live with my parents though so meetings will have to be outside somewhere. Which is another hurdle cos finances are stretched to say the least!
