For dancing, if she is interested in ballet, I personally recommand JMW School of Ballet. I attended the school since I was seven and the teachers are very qualified compare to other ballet school established by local teachers, and they offer lessons to professional level, some of the alumni got into renowned ballet dancing companies and some are working in the Hong Kong Ballet. Not sure if you're okay with classes on the island side, and if yes, you can try out the classes at Central or NorthPoint (their headquarters).

As for music, since she is kinda little, I recommand music playgroup, where she can meet some new friens and learn to communicate with other kids. As you mentioned, your daughter is outgoing and enjoys arts,.I believe she could have some fun in group classes. At the same time, if she wants to learn a particular instrument, she can try out private tutories. For the group class, you can consider those in TomLee, and for private classes, you may PM me for recommendations.

Not quite sure about sports, but I do have a few contacts for private swimming coach, you can also PM me for that :)

I would recommend Multi-Sport, www.multi-sport.com.hk they have a brilliant selection of sports activities. I Highly recommend the Multi Sport programme at island school on a Saturday morning!

Our school specializes in piano training : beginners-diploma levels, creative piano, piano teacher training. We also provide other music classes such as theory and cello.
