Want to find a Native English tutor

Hello all, I am a 41 yrs old local Hong Kong people, male, I want to attempt the Cambridge English: Business Preliminary (BEC Preliminary), or Cambridge English: First (FCE), I am still considering which to take, I want to find a new jobs, Currently, I am working as a warehouse assistant. The jobs I want to find require a very proficient in English.

Beside that, I am also very interest in English, during my young ages, I like play English PC games, I like play chess, most of the information of these hobby can only be found at English web site.

My most weak part of English is responding, when I speak with someone who are friendly to me , they may give me time to think how to speak with them, However, during the business situation or in the place of working, the customers may ask me many questions, and no time for me to think. They will arise when face to face, or by phone.

I have Non-degree Tertiary education level, so I want to find a tutor who can focus on my weakness point, help me to improve.

Passing an English Exam is also important for me, I need a certificate to prove that I am fluent in English, In the other hand, if I fail , I will have already spend many efforts in English, I hope it will also help to find a new job.
