Flat deposit issue Hong Kong
Hello HKgers,
I am leaving my flat at the end of the month and I have pay already the rent. My deposit is 34K.
My issue is that , I poured accidentally candle wax on the ceramic tile floor . I asked landlord to bring her contractor to clean or replaced that one tile but the guy didn’t succeed cleaning it.
Secondly , I can see some other stain on the floor.
I don’t know why the origins of those stains . Tou can only see those stains against light. As if those spots were due to a issue of gloss or shine.
I have some pictures of the flat before I enters and I can see some of those stain spots .
Now my landlord is saying that all the stains are my fault and she want to repair all the living room tiles with my deposit .
Someone can advise me please ?
