HK's Ultra- Runner Domestic Helpers

After a week cooking and cleaning for their employers, most domestic helpers look forward to spending their one day off a week relaxing with friends and enjoying a meal. 

 

But not Jaybie Pagarigan.

 

On most Sundays Jaybie can be found hitting the trails in Hong Kong's country parks training for mountain marathons.

 

And where possible, Jaybie, and other domestic helpers in HK, try to squeeze in a run either before their busy work day or in the late evenings.
