In an exciting opening night in Discovery Bay the Aces made a miraculous comeback against the defending champion Tycoons, overcoming a 7-3 deficit in the 3rd period to win 9-8.
In the second game, the Sharks took an early 3 goal lead on the Warriors and maintained that gap for the rest of game winning 7-4.
