Hi! Is it possible to extend stay in Hongkong while waiting for new working visa?

yes, can get 1-2 extensions, but it can't be done forever,

Is it possible to retun back to HK like for example you will go to Singapore or Thailand? Will the immigration accept you to come in?

Or will they give you another extension if you visit different country then come back?

depends on your skin color and color of your passport

A few times would be OK, do it multiple times and you would be pulled aside for an interview and possibly a shorter duration visa.
