we are going to UK for summer and I really want to bring my helper. but she can't get visa unless she has been working for me for 12 months. does anyone know anyway around this rule?
ie schegen visa / apply for visitor visa/ anything??

Can she apply for a regular visitors visa/30 days/90 days before hand and have a family member of yours sponsor her?
