My helper gets some M&S biscuits (which she sends to family or takes on her day off to share with friends) and some phonecards (but to Sri Lanka, so can't help, I'm afraid). I'd just go to Worldwide House and ask in any of the shops.

Or if you don't want to go into WWH you'll find the 'Bakadahan' card is one of the most popular. It is available at the local phone shops.
